CASA Kane County proudly hosts an annual Super Heroes Luncheon to provide awareness and education to the community members so they can better understand the impact of child abuse and neglect.
With nearly 450 guests and sponsors in attendance, CASA Kane County held its 6th Annual Super Heroes Event. This year’s
event was hosted at Pheasant Run Resort in St. Charles, IL on Thursday, October 6th. Nicole Dulski and her eldest daughter,
Faith, spoke eloquently about their family and their journey toward adoption with her CASA/GAL volunteer, Victoria Gajewski.
As Gloria Bunce, Executive Director, stated:
“We may not be able to get to every child – but we can get to one more and one more and one more…. I call that CASA … helping one child, one day, one week, one month and one year at a time.”
The audience was welcomed by Gloria Bunce, Executive Director, along with Board Members Carlie Dunteman, Mike Frasier,
and Luke Slawek.
Thank you to all who helped make this event possible!
