Strategic Plan
CASA Kane County completed its three year strategic plan in 2011 with input from the Board of Directors, Chairman’s Advisory Panel and CASA staff, and our CASA/GAL volunteers. Our strategic planning process and implementation reflects external and internal objectives and goals that are intended to maintain and enhance a comprehensive and integrated mission-focused organization.
